Hi, I'm Neil and I founded theONbutton because I love technology, but I know that not everyone feels the same way! We want our computers and gadgets to work simply, but they often have other plans. Even figuring out which cable goes where can feel like an exercise in frustration, and dealing with a computer virus can be very stressful.
I've loved technology and gadgets ever since I was a kid, and started building computers at an early age. Throughout my professional career at three major businesses, computers were always at the center of my work. You can find out more about my career experience here.
I set up theONbutton because I wanted to spend more time helping people get this stuff working like it should. We're here to help you one-on-one and we promise to be down to earth, with a minimum of geek speak!
