Our computer virus cleaning service typically takes around 1.5 hours, with a cap at $150 for the most serious infections. That includes coming to you with our own virus cleaning equipment, there is no need to uproot your computer to take it to a store.
A one hour custom lesson on Microsoft Office, or your iPad or anything else that is part of our repertoire costs $65 as long as you are in our normal coverage area. These are tailored lessons; you tell us in advance what you would like help with and we'll give you a one-on-one lesson. That includes coming to you and using your own computer, no need to learn in an unfamiliar environment.
Our computer, smartphone and other gadget troubleshooting service is charged at $65 per hour if you are in our normal coverage area, and we have a good success rate of fixing many small problems within one hour.

We can help cut your cable bill by setting up Netflix or Hulu Plus on your TV. We can extend the coverage of your home network to take care of rooms that are dead spots with bad signal. Our prices include the cost of our labor, if hardware is needed then this is charged at regular retail prices. Our extended coverage area covers a radius of 30 miles beyond Durham, Chapel Hill, West Raleigh and Cary. Appointments in the extended coverage area are subject to a $35 travel fee to cover time and costs. There is no travel fee for appointments in Durham, Chapel Hill, West Raleigh and Cary.
